that I can have access to my favorite Girl Scout cookies ALL year long? I think they are just like the Caramel Delights/Samoas that are sold in February.

Amy, Dollar General also carries a few knock-off Girl Scout cookie types year-round! For less than $2/box. I know they have cookies similar to the ones you posted about, Thin Mints, PB cookies, etc. Check it out if you have a DG near you. Hope you're feeling well!
